Pulmonary hypertension is believed to be quite a rare kind of blood vessel disorder that affects the lungs in which pressure building up inside the pulmonary artery (a blood vessel leading from the heart to the person's lungs) rises dangerously to become life threatening in certain instances. There are several symptoms of pulmonary hypertension that need to be known and these included breathlessness, fatigue, dizzy spells, chest pain and even fainting.
